Monuments and Statues Project

The Air Heroes Statue is in Bucharest. It' was made by Lidya Kodzebue in 1935 in the memory of the Romanian pilots. It's one of the important statues in Bucharest.
       In "The Aviation day`` the people from the city put flowers on the Statue for the people who went in the Space. In Romanian the Statue is named ``Statuia Eroilor Aerului``. Dumitru   Prunariu was the first man from Romania who went in the Space.
